disciplinary Consultancy Firms in Nigeria. Tomiwa possesses over 19 years’ industry experience advising governments and private sector clients across varied infrastructure sectors in Privatisation, Transaction Structuring and Financing. A significant part of his career has been spent structuring and executing Leveraged Buy Outs (LBOs), deals in Corporate and Structured Finance, Privatisation of various State-Owned Enterprises; Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), Mergers & Acquisitions; Financial Advisory; Capital Raising, Hospitality and Real Estate Advisory.
A brave innovator, as Consultant, he significantly contributed to the growth of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Nigeria, leading successful initiatives and concession processes with over 2,000MW and still counting, the concession of the first brownfield Airport in Nigeria amongst many other notable feats. Tomiwa Aregbesola has wide on-the-ground management consulting experience locally and internationally working extensively on capital projects for socio-economic growth. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Said Business School (Oxford University) and the London School of Economics Executive program(s).
His contribution professionally and as an individual toward the growth of the nation has earned him numerous recognitions which include the Africa Leadership Award 2021, amongst others. He brings to the Board over 19 years of strategic business engineering direction and financing across multiple sectors especially real estate, hospitality, and project finance.
