Mr. Obozuwa is a Legal Practitioner, a Brand Strategist, a Social Entrepreneur, Investor, and the Founder/CEO and strategic visionary of DEO-Avante ‘BIP’ & Company Limited. He is also the Founder of “The RE’TH Advisory Practice (TReAP)”, a strategic Corporate & Commercial Law Firm based in Abuja.
He is the Founder of FundELG Africa (a social enterprise holding company), serves as a Director on the Boards of Geracao Forca & Co. Ltd. (a power generation company) and The Oracles Artworld Ltd. (A Creative Arts Co. operating in Nigeria and the UK); and at various times, has served as Solicitor / Strategic Consultant on projects to several businesses, organisations, governments, and projects including the Wali-Uwais & Co., Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the NBA-Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL), the Simple Truth Foundation, The Transforming Church (TTC), and the Nasarawa State Government, amongst others; across the power, banking, real estate and construction industries, with project values in excess of N25.61Billion, USD$105.9Million, N50Billion, N235.9Billion, N80Billion, N880.6Billion, N2.121Billion, N3Trillion (Zero Coupon Bonds), and USD$600 million, amongst others.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA), NBA-Section on Business Law (SBL), International Project Finance Association (IPFA), and a Global Advisory Board (GAB) Member of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). His professional career started in 2004 and he brings to the Board a collective practical experience of over 19 years spanning law, real estate, hospitality, strategy, business development & acceleration, and strategic communications.
