Mr. Ediale is the Principal Partner of Variety Business Solutions Limited, a Hospitality, Tourism, Technology & General Management Services consulting company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and a Post Graduate Degree in Public Administration.
He has over 30 years of cognate experience in the Hospitality Industry; a career he started at the Prestigious Abuja Sheraton Hotel & Towers in 1993; through the Rockview Hotels Abuja; where he rose to the position of Food & Beverage Manager and then as the General Manager of Valencia Hotels Abuja; all from 1993 till date.
He has vast managerial experience in Human Resources, Financial Management, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning, Hotel Project Development, Change Management and Total Quality Management; and he brings these experiences and more to the Board and the operations of the company.
